ONLINE ORDER INFORMATION

Due to the seasonal nature of our business, product sells out very quickly from our physical storefront and online shop. You will receive an email to let you know that your order has been received and another email confirming that we have the products ordered in stock. We do our absolute best to prevent overselling, but it can happen from time to time.

SHIPPING

International Orders

We will ship outside of the continental United States. Shipping rates will vary and an associate will contact with the correct pricing.

P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

UPS/ USPS Ground Shipping 2-5 Days

If your order is received by 10:30am Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday, it will generally be shipped out the next business day.  For shipping purposes, our business days are Monday through Friday.  We process orders Monday-Friday 10am-5pm.  Shipping carriers do NOT pick up packages on Saturday or Sunday.  You will receive an email confirmation with USPS / UPS tracking information when your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Rates

Mondo Uomo provides free ground shipping to all merchandise . Premium will be added to items shipped 2nd day or Next Day Air.
