Due to the seasonal nature of our business, product sells out very quickly from our physical storefront and online shop. You will receive an email to let you know that your order has been received and another email confirming that we have the products ordered in stock. We do our absolute best to prevent overselling, but it can happen from time to time.
Shipping
International Orders
We will ship outside of the continental United States. Shipping rates will vary and an associate will contact with the correct pricing.
P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
UPS / USPS Ground Shipping 2-5 Days
If your order is received by 10:30am Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday, it will generally be shipped out the next business day. For shipping purposes, our business days are Monday through Friday. We process orders Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. Shipping carriers do NOT pick up packages on Saturday or Sunday. You will receive an email confirmation with USPS / UPS tracking information when your order leaves our facility.
Shipping Rates
Mondo Uomo provides ground shipping for a flat rate of $9.99 on orders under $150. Orders over $150 qualify for complimentary ground shipping. Additional charges apply for expedited shipping options, including 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air services.

Returns & Exchanges
Product Returns
At Mondo Uomo, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, our self-serve return process makes it easy to initiate a return. Please review the details of our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Full-priced items: Eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items not meeting these criteria may not be accepted.
Step 1: Access the Customer Portal
Passwords are no longer required for customer accounts. Instead, a one-time code will be sent to your email. Enter the code into the field provided, and you will be redirected to your account.
Use the same email you provided when placing your order. Only fulfilled items are eligible for return. You can start a return here or locate the customer portal in the top right corner of the website.
Step 2: Select Your Order and Request a Return
Locate the order containing the items you wish to return. Select the items you want to return and provide a reason for the return.
Step 3: Receive Your Return Label
Once your return request is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided. A $10 return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.
Step 4: Ship the Items
Print the return label and attach it to your package. Drop the package off with the carrier listed on the label.
Step 5: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue your refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the return.
