What is a Johnny collar?
A polo-style collar on an open V neckline with no placket and no buttons. It lies flat, keeps the neck open, and gives a short-sleeve knit a cleaner line than a buttoned polo.
What is a micro jacquard?
A pattern knitted into the fabric at a very small scale, stitch by stitch, rather than printed on. Up close you see the structure; at arm's length it reads as a texture or a fine stripe, and it never washes out.
How does it fit?
Cut like a polo rather than a sweater: close but not tight, hem at the hip. Sizes S to XXL.
Care
Machine wash. Easy care: it comes out of the wash needing little or no ironing.
How to wear it
With white or stone chinos and loafers, or with dark indigo denim. Light enough to wear in place of a shirt under a linen blazer.
