What is a 7-gauge structured knit?
Gauge is the number of stitches per inch. Seven is a mid-weight knit, noticeably chunkier than a fine merino. The structured stitch builds the pebbled texture you see on the surface, and it helps the polo keep its shape through the collar and body.
How does it fit?
Regular fit: straight through the body with the ribbed hem at the hip, room for a t-shirt underneath. Sizes M to XL.
Care
Hand wash at 30°C max. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry. Iron on low heat (max 110°C). Can also be dry cleaned.
How to wear it
Collar spread open on its own over dark indigo denim or grey flannel trousers, with brown suede loafers. For evening it sits well under a navy blazer or a suede jacket, in place of a shirt.
