Baja SandA long-sleeve polo with a smooth, refined surface. Vince uses a milano knit, a dense double knit that is flatter and firmer than jersey, in a blend of Pima cotton and modal, so it feels soft and cool with a faint sheen. A little spandex lets it move with you. A soft knit collar and a four-button placket finish the neck, with rib-knit trim. Vince calls the colour Baja Sand; in the hand it is a pale, warm sand.

What is a milano knit?
Milano is a double knit: two layers knitted together into one fabric. It is denser and smoother than ordinary polo jersey, holds its shape well and has a clean face that looks almost woven. Pima cotton and modal make it soft and give it a gentle drape.
How does it fit?
A straight, easy cut that sits on the shoulder and finishes at the hip. Sizes S to XXL. Vince's model is 6'1" with a 38" chest and wears a Medium.
How to wear it
Shown with slim dark indigo denim and dark brown suede penny loafers. Smart enough to wear under a sport coat or with tailored trousers, easy enough for jeans at the weekend.
Care
Machine wash cold with like colours using a mild detergent; non-chlorine bleach only when needed. Tumble dry low and remove promptly. Cool iron if needed, or dry clean.
