What does UV50 mean?
The fabric blocks about 98% of UV rays, so the skin under it gets the cover of a factor-50 sunscreen without reapplying. It comes from the fibre and the knit, not a coating.
How does it fit?
Cut like a polo rather than a sweater: close but not tight, hem at the hip. Sizes S to XXL.
Care
Machine wash. Easy care: it comes out of the wash needing little or no ironing.
How to wear it
With white or stone chinos and loafers, or with golf shorts and trainers for the course. Fine under a navy blazer with the collar out.
